Information & signposting
Offering information and advice is a core part of our work. We will continue to:
- provide support and advice to anyone who contacts us with a health or social care query, whether by phone, email, post, social media or one of our drop-ins
- offer a freephone number to help make sure our service is accessible
- give individuals independent and impartial information and support about the choices available to them
- promote the information and signposting service to make sure people are aware of how we can help them
