Changes to vascular services in County Durham

Together with Healthwatch Darlington, we are hosting events on behalf of NHS England about vascular services. The events are intended to provide patients of vascular services and members of the public with information about how vascular services will operate in County Durham and the changes that are happening.

In order to capture the experiences of patients who have used vascular services at University Hospital North Durham (UHND), NHS England have produced a survey to seek your views and feedback. The survey is available online or we can send you a copy in the post. Please contact us by phone or email if you would like a paper copy of the survey.
