New data rules mean you need to tell us if you’d like to stay in touch
23/05/2018
There’s always something happening in health and social care, so each month we produce an e-newsletter to help you stay up-to-date. It comes direct to your inbox with news of our own work plus local events, initiatives and chances to have your say on services.
As you might already know, data protection laws are changing. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on 25 May 2018. This means that even if you already receive our e-newsletter you must tell us if you would like us to continue sending it so we know we still have your consent to keep in touch. You can do this very simply by re-subscribing using the box on the right. You can do this any time, but if we haven’t heard from you by 25 May we’ll have to stop sending you our updates until we hear from you again. And if you've never had the newsletter before but would like to receive it you can use the same box on the right to sign up.
