Did you know 80% of breast cancers occur in women over the age of 50 and most men who get breast cancer are over 60. However, anyone of any age can develop it.
Make sure you you check your breasts regularly (at least once a month is the recommended amount) and attend your annual screening when eligible.
The second picture shows what you need to look out for when checking. If you notice a change in your breast tissue make sure you make an appointment with the GP.
