Help us shape the future of Health & Care Services

Health Services Survey

Healthwatch is working with the NHS to improve the wellbeing of people in our area and across the region. There is now an Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) that is an equal partnership between Councils and the NHS, which aims to join-up Health and Care.

The partnership covers the whole of the North East and also North Cumbria. They are developing a strategy, which starts to set out ambitions and goals to improve the health of our communities, as well as how they will make these ambitions a reality.

The strategy is very much evolving and they wish to include a range of organisations, including the Voluntary & Community Sector and all other independent organisations, so by working together they improve your health and wellbeing.

We want to hear from you about what you think about the partnership’s Vision, Goals, and Commitments, which are included in their draft strategy. You can tell us what you think by completing a 10-minute survey. Anyone can do this before 25 November 2022 and you can share this with friends and family. All feedback will be treated in the strictest of confidence, and we do not require any personal information that will identify you. The direct link to the survey can be found below and we have papers copies if you would prefer:

Find the survey here.

Help is at hand too by contacting the partnership on telephone 0191 5128484 or email necsu.icpstrategy2022@nhs.net . If you:

  • Have any other questions or concerns
  • Need help to complete the survey over the phone

Please take the time to influence the strategy of the Partnership and may we thank you in advance for your time. You have the opportunity to influence the future of Health & Care services. Help them, to help you.
