Whether it’s a compliment, concern, or suggestion, every piece of feedback helps improve local health and care services.

Each local Healthwatch, including us, is commissioned by the local authority and independent from Healthwatch England.

How we work:

  • Listen to what’s working and what could be improved.
  • Share your views with providers, commissioners, and regulators such as the Care Quality Commission and Healthwatch England.
  • Act for change by using our power to visit services               (Enter & View) and see how they really work.
  • Keep you involved when services are changing, so your experiences shape future decisions.

Our promise

We put people first, especially those who find it hardest to be heard.

By listening to you and working with others, we help ensure that health and social care services meet the real needs of our community.
