Star Awards - Nominate a Star!
Here at Healthwatch County Durham, we are launching the Star Awards to celebrate those who are going above and beyond in health and social care services.
We sometimes hear about people or services who go above and beyond in their role within health and social care. We think it’s important to celebrate exceptional service and we would like to pass on your appreciation by awarding a certificate to recognise this.
We will visit the successful staff or organisation to present their certificate, with our thanks for making health and social care a better experience for the people of County Durham.
