Hospital Appointment Bookings
Healthwatch County Durham heard from a number of patients who had been experiencing issues with the hospital booking system across the county so we wanted to find out more about people’s experiences and how the system worked from an internal process point of view.
To help get a better understanding of how systems can work and allow patients to understand them we have produced this report which we hope will be beneficial.
